For newly handcrafted items, please allow a maximum of 10 days for processing. While we endeavour to maintain efficiency, occasional unforeseen circumstances may lead to minor delays. Rest assured, we'll promptly inform you should such situations arise.

Our commitment extends to keeping shipping costs minimal and hassle-free for our valued customers. Additionally, we are dedicated to eco-conscious practices, including the reuse of packaging materials to minimise environmental impact. Any bubble wrap you receive has been repurposed from waste sources.

Returns on dried flowers not accepted.

Due to the nature of dried and preserved flowers, please handle with extreme care. Some flowers so delicate that they can fall off easily. Dried stems are hard to avoid and our products will pack tightly to help prevent any damage.
